One contractor for the whole project
Most homeowners don’t set out to hire a general contractor. They start with a roof project, or a storm-damage claim, or a kitchen remodel they were going to do themselves — and somewhere along the way it grows into something bigger. Suddenly there are multiple trades involved, multiple invoices, multiple warranties, and nobody clearly in charge of pulling the whole thing together.
That’s the gap LB Roofing fills. We’ve been operating as a general contractor in Atlanta since 2008 alongside our roofing work, and most of our GC projects originate from a roofing or storm-damage relationship that expanded into something larger — an addition, a full renovation, an exterior remake, a major insurance-claim restoration.
One contract. One project manager (Lee). One warranty. The specialty trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, glazing, etc.) come in under our GC umbrella so there’s no coordination gap, no finger-pointing, and no homeowner trying to play general contractor on top of their own life.
