The paint job lasts as long as the surface prep does
Atlanta’s climate is brutal on paint. High summer UV bakes the color out of cheap pigments. Humidity finds any unsealed gap in the substrate and lifts the paint film from underneath. Spring pollen and fall mildew settle on every horizontal trim board. A house painted with the wrong product, by a crew that skipped the prep, will look great for one summer and tired by the second.
The work we do is the work that actually lasts. Pressure-wash to remove pollen, mildew, and chalking. Scrape any loose paint. Sand bare wood smooth. Prime every bare spot. Caulk every gap that’s opened up at trim joints. Then we paint. The paint job is the final step, not the whole job.

Paint
Two coats minimum. Quality acrylic on exterior, low-VOC interior products. Trim cut by hand.
Walkthrough
You inspect every elevation. Touch-up before we leave. 5-year warranty in writing.
